Spaces runs projects, tasks, deadlines and workload while keeping the client, campaign, document and conversation that created the work attached. The same task opens in many views, from a board to a Gantt with a real critical path to a workload view that shows who is over capacity, and you change the view rather than the record underneath: edit a due date in the calendar and it changes everywhere. Tasks carry subtasks, five dependency types with lag that shift dates, time tracking, custom fields, recurrence, approval chains and status transitions that can lock until the work is signed off. Because it sits in the same workspace as your docs, chat, CRM and finance, a project never loses the context around it.

A company is created once and can move through new business, proposals, onboarding, active work, account reviews and renewals without a new version of the same client each time. Relationship activity is measured from the contact history already held in nineloops, so it shows which accounts are active and which may be going quiet, and the relationship map shows who in your company already knows a contact. Manage bills, expenses, invoices, budgets and approvals through a proper double entry ledger. Approval controls keep responsibilities separate, so the same person cannot raise, approve and pay a bill without oversight. Every cost stays linked to the client, project or campaign it belongs to, making profitability easy to see without building another spreadsheet.

Finance is the money module inside nineloops, built so bills, expenses, invoices, budgets and approvals run on a real double entry ledger with separation of duties built in. As you work, the ledger posts on its own, balanced or refused, with closed periods locked and every entry kept, so the accounting stays true to the operation rather than living in a separate tool. On top of it sits receivables and recurring retainers with hour burn and over servicing flags, a real payables side with matching and pay runs where every bill is linked to the request or project that caused it, expenses with policy flags, margin by client built from the invoices and time behind it, budgets beside the work, and a rolling 13 week cash flow forecast with base, best and worst cases. Press releases and announcements are kept in one library with a clear status and date, written in an editor that holds the headline, key messages, spokesperson details, embargo information and version history. You build your own media lists by importing a CSV or adding people individually, and each contact carries a consent status of opted in, pending or opted out. Sending connects to your own mailbox and delivers a separate, personalised email to every contact on the list, so a journalist replying reaches you directly. There is no bought in journalist database: what you send to is what you know. Every send is recorded as sent or failed, with opens and clicks available per recipient.
