One company record. Every part of the work around it.

nineloops connects the company around the things that matter: clients, employees, projects, campaigns, documents, conversations, costs and outcomes. Each module keeps the specialist controls it needs, and the platform keeps the relationships between them.

A shared login is not a connected system

Many suites place several products beneath one brand. Users still create the same client in different places, copy status updates between teams and rebuild context whenever work changes hands. nineloops begins with shared company objects instead.

One record, many views
A company record can appear in CRM, Spaces, Finance, Distribute and Monitoring without becoming five competing records.
Relevant to each job
Each module shows only the information relevant to its job and its permission boundary, so the same client never splinters across teams.
No copy and paste
Stop recreating the same client, contact or campaign in every tool. Create it once and let every module read from the same source.

Everything knows what it belongs to

nineloops records the relationships between work, so each record stays useful far beyond the screen where it was created.

Work that connects
A task can belong to a project, support a campaign, relate to a client and come from a WhatsApp request, all at once.
Designs in context
A design can belong to a content item, use a brand kit, require approval and become a released asset in a campaign.
Coverage that joins up
A coverage item can match a Monitoring tracker, relate to a campaign and appear in a client report.

One owner for every kind of record

Connected software becomes unreliable when several modules can change the same state in different ways. nineloops uses clear ownership. Other modules display and act on records through controlled commands, never shadow copies.

CRM and Spaces
CRM owns companies, contacts, opportunities, relationships and commercial process. Spaces owns projects, tasks, dependencies, workload and delivery state.
Docs, People and Finance
Docs owns written content, versions and review. People owns employment records, leave, onboarding and sensitive data. Finance owns requests, bills, expenses, invoices and payment status.
Distribute, Studio and Monitoring
Distribute owns media contacts, outreach campaigns and the record of what was sent. Studio owns visual sources, layers and exports. Monitoring owns queries, mentions, coverage and alerts.

Work from the context you already have

nineloops lets people take common actions without navigating to the owning module every time. The action is convenient, and the rules remain strict.

From Chat
Assign a task, approve a content version or open the related project without leaving the conversation.
From a Client 360
An account manager can create a campaign, start an onboarding project or flag an invoice risk in one place.
From a Monitoring alert
A communications lead can open a crisis Space, assign owners and create a response document straight from the alert.

Every action keeps a return path

People can move through the work without losing the place where it began, because results always travel back to their source.

Conversations to tasks
When a conversation creates a task, the task remembers the source message so the thread stays connected.
Automations to outcomes
When an automation creates an onboarding project, the CRM opportunity shows the outcome it produced.
Campaigns and coverage
When a campaign sends outreach, delivery success or failure returns to the campaign. When Monitoring finds coverage, it returns to the release and the client report.

Learn one way to work across the whole platform

nineloops uses shared platform services for the actions that should feel consistent everywhere, so teams learn the pattern once.

Comments and approvals
Discuss the record where the work happens, keep internal notes separate from what clients see, and record approval against a specific version or state.
Files, notifications and activity
Attach and reuse files without unmanaged copies, receive one organised stream of assignments, mentions, approvals, failures and alerts, and follow a traceable history across connected actions.
Search, automations and AI
Find authorised records without knowing which module owns them, build automations that move work between modules through approved commands, and use AI that only reads what you are allowed to access.

Search the company, not the app

A user should be able to search for a client, campaign, phrase, document, invoice or person from one place. Results show the latest authorised records and the relationships around them.

One search across modules
A search for a client can surface the company record, active projects, key contacts and recent documents in a single result.
Relationships included
Results can also surface current campaigns, open approvals, relevant WhatsApp conversations and verified coverage around the record.
Permission aware by default
Restricted records do not appear in result counts, summaries or AI answers. People see only the financial risks and records they are permitted to view.

Let each module respond when the company changes

nineloops uses durable events to connect business processes, each carrying a clear source, time and correlation history so teams can see why a workflow ran and what it changed.

When an opportunity is won
CRM records the change. Automations create the onboarding work through Spaces, prepare the client structure and notify the responsible people.
When a campaign is ready
Distribute records the approved state, the outreach to media contacts is prepared and Monitoring is activated for the release window.
Traceable by design
Every event carries its source, time and correlation history, so you can always trace why an automation ran and what it touched.

Command centres built around the work

nineloops brings related records into practical command centres. These are permission aware projections, not copies of the source records.

Client 360 and Campaign Command Centre
See the relationship, work, communications, money, risks and outcomes around one client; and the brief, delivery, content, approvals, release, coverage and cost around one campaign.
Project 360
See the tasks, decisions, documents, budget, conversations and outcome around one project in a single view.
Employee 360
See permitted information about a person's role, capacity, responsibilities, goals and employee journey.

Connect the company without losing control

nineloops applies identity, permissions, audit, retention and administration across the platform.

Identity and access
Organisation and workspace management, SSO and automated provisioning, roles, groups and permission sets, plus guest and client access.
Sharing and audit
Record level sharing, audit logs, and data retention and export, so you can prove who saw and changed what.
Governance and policy
Connected account governance, module entitlements, and security and AI policies applied consistently across every module.

Questions

How is this different from a suite that shares one login?
A shared login still lets users create the same client in different places and copy status between teams. nineloops starts with shared company objects, so one company record appears across CRM, Spaces, Finance, Distribute and Monitoring without becoming competing copies.
What stops two modules from conflicting over the same record?
Every kind of record has one owner. CRM owns commercial process, Spaces owns delivery, Finance owns money, and so on. Other modules read and act through controlled commands rather than creating shadow copies.
Does company search respect permissions?
Yes. Search returns only authorised records, and restricted records do not appear in result counts, summaries or AI answers.
Can I take action without leaving the screen I am on?
Yes. From Chat, a Client 360 or a Monitoring alert you can assign tasks, approve versions, create campaigns or open a crisis Space. The action is convenient and the ownership rules still apply.
