Start every day knowing what needs you
Home is where each person's day starts. Needs you lists the tasks that need a decision from you, My Tasks sorts your work into overdue, today, next up, blocked and later, the Inbox brings your Gmail or Outlook mail beside the work, and Schedule puts your calendar, dated tasks, events and approved leave on one day. On paid plans Levi writes your Briefing, looks ahead in Foresight and answers in Ask.

What nineloops Home includes
The page every person opens first. Home gathers the tasks that need a decision from you, your tasks from every space, your mail and your calendar, and on paid plans Levi's view of the day, so the day starts from one list rather than a tour of the apps.
Every screen in Home
- Needs you
- Briefing
- Foresight
- Ask
- Inbox
- My Tasks
- Schedule
- Direct messages
Needs you
- The tasks that need a decision from you: past their date, blocked by something that has already closed, or with nobody on them
- Put one down until a date you choose, tomorrow morning by default
- It comes back early if the task changes underneath you, and closing the task ends it
My Tasks
- Every task assigned to you, from every space, in one place
- Five buckets by when: overdue, today, next up, blocked and later
- A load line for how much today already holds
- The same tasks by stage as a board, on a month calendar, or as a sortable table
- A scratchpad beside them: a line becomes a task with Command and Return
- What you closed today, counted
Inbox
- Gmail or Outlook, connected per person, beside the work
- A stage and an owner set from the row, without opening the mail
- Labels, and links to the deal, client or project a mail is about
- Share a mail with a colleague, or turn it into a task
- Write, reply and keep drafts with your own signature
Schedule
- One calendar from four sources: your Google calendar, dated tasks, events made in nineloops and approved leave from HR
- Day, four days, week, month and agenda
- The things with a deadline and no time slot, shown first
Levi on Home, on paid plans
- Briefing: what needs you today, with the figures behind each point
- Foresight: what is about to happen, when, and the one move that changes it
- Ask: a fact, a what-if or a why, answered from your records with its sources
Discover nineloops Home
- Needs you
- The tasks that need a decision from you: past their date, blocked by something that has already closed, or with nobody on them. Put one down until tomorrow and it comes back, sooner if the task changes.
- My Tasks
- Your tasks from every space in five buckets: overdue, today, next up, blocked and later, with a load line that says how much today already holds. The same tasks open by stage as a board, on a month calendar or as a sortable table, and what you closed today is counted.
- A scratchpad for loose lines
- Jot a line beside your tasks, put the cursor on it and press Command and Return, and it becomes a task.
- Mail beside the work
- Connect Gmail or Outlook and your mail arrives in Home. Give a mail a stage and an owner from the row, label it, link it to the deal, client or project it is about, share it with a colleague, and turn it into a task. Each person connects their own mailbox, and nobody sees anyone else's through it.
- Schedule
- One day from four sources: your Google calendar, tasks with a date, events made in nineloops and approved leave from HR. Read it as a day, four days, a week, a month or an agenda.
- Levi on Home
- On paid plans Levi writes the Briefing, what needs you today with the figures behind each point, looks ahead in Foresight, and answers a fact, a what-if or a why in Ask, with its sources.
Questions
- Is Home on the Free plan?
- Yes. Home, with My Tasks, the Inbox and Schedule, is on every plan, Free included. Levi's Briefing, Foresight and Ask start on Starter, because the Free plan has no AI.
- Which mailboxes and calendars can I connect?
- Gmail and Google Calendar through Google Workspace, and Outlook through Microsoft, including personal Outlook.com accounts. Connect them in Settings, then Connections.
- Can my colleagues read my mail?
- No. Each person connects their own mailbox, and nobody sees anyone else's through it. A mail you choose to share with a colleague is shared on its own.
- Where do my tasks come from?
- Every task assigned to you in any space, plus the ones you write yourself. Close one from its circle and it is closed in its project too, because it is the same task.
