Link Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 so your mailbox and calendar sit next to the work they relate to.

Connecting your mailbox brings email and calendar next to the work they relate to, so a message from a client can become a task, a record or a reply without leaving the app. Both Google Workspace and Outlook (Microsoft 365) are supported, and they appear in Home.

Connect it

  1. Open Settings, then Integrations.
  2. Choose Google Workspace, for Gmail inbox sync and Google Calendar, or Outlook (Microsoft 365), for mailbox sync and compose via Microsoft Graph.
  3. Sign in with the account you want to connect, review the access being requested and approve it.

What the connection covers

The connection is per person, not per workspace. Each member connects their own account, and nobody sees anyone else's mailbox through it.

Connected account tokens are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect at any time from the same Integrations screen, which revokes the access immediately.
