Download the whole workspace as a ZIP of CSVs in a couple of clicks, or export one module at a time.
Because you own your data, you are never locked in. You can take a full copy out yourself, without asking us and without waiting.
Export the whole workspace
- Open Settings, then Data governance.
- Find Take your data, and leave the module set to everything.
- Run the export. You get a single ZIP containing one CSV per record type, plus a manifest describing what is in it.
The export covers the content a departing customer actually needs across every module, including CRM companies, contacts, deals and pipelines, Finance invoices, bills, payments and budgets, tasks and projects, documents, employee records, anything your workspace built for itself, and the record of what Levi did.
Export one module at a time
The same screen lets you pick a single module instead of everything, which is the quicker option when you only want, say, your CRM contacts. Many modules also export straight to CSV from their own toolbar, and documents export to common formats including Markdown and PDF.
What is deliberately left out
The export carries your content, not internal telemetry, so it does not include sync state, search indexes or job runs. Credentials and access tokens are never exported: the tables holding them are left out entirely, and as a second line of defence the exporter strips anything that looks like a secret, including where it sits inside stored data rather than in a column of its own.
If you need the data in a particular shape for another system, or you want help mapping it on the way out, raise a ticket. We would rather help you leave cleanly than make it awkward.
