Create your workspace and invite your team

Sign up free for up to five people, name your workspace, and get the right people into it.

A workspace is your company inside nineloops. Everything else, every project, client, document, invoice and conversation, belongs to one. You can start free for up to five people with no card.

Create the workspace

  1. Go to the app and choose Sign up free. Use your work email address, because invitations and billing receipts go to it.
  2. Name the workspace after your company. You can rename it later in Settings, then General.
  3. Pick your industry when asked. This seeds sensible field names, pipeline stages and templates rather than making you build them from scratch, and you can change any of it afterwards.

Invite your team

  1. Open Settings, then Members.
  2. Invite people by email address, and choose a role for each one. Owner, admin, manager, editor and viewer are described in the roles article.
  3. Send the invitations. Each person gets an email with a link that brings them straight into your workspace.

If an invitation does not arrive, check the spam folder first, then raise a ticket with the address you invited. Email delivery to some external domains is still being widened during private early access, and we can add someone manually while that is in progress.

Finish setting up

Settings, then Get set up, is a live checklist of what is still outstanding for your workspace, with the steps for each item. It is the fastest way to see what you have not switched on yet, and it updates itself as you go.
