How AI employees and credits work
Plans and billing · nineloops support
Brain, nineloops's AI employees: what a credit is, what each plan bundles, and buying more.
Brain is different from Levi. Levi is the copilot inside every module, free on every plan and metered in tokens. Brain is a roster of AI employees you hire, each with its own name, skills and permissions, and, on Growth and above, its own computer to work a browser or desktop app on your behalf. Brain is a paid-plan feature.
What a credit is
One credit is a cent of value, whatever it was spent on, a model call an employee made, or a minute of time on its own computer. One number to watch instead of two.
What each plan bundles
- Starter. 1 employee, 1,500 credits a month, text-only (no computer).
- Growth. 3 employees, 6,000 credits a month, each with its own computer.
- Agency. 6 employees, 15,000 credits a month, each with its own computer.
- Enterprise. Unlimited employees and credits, custom to the account.
Running low or out of credits
Brain → Usage & billing shows the live balance and a ledger of exactly what spent it. Buy a credit pack any time, or turn on auto-topup to buy one automatically before the balance reaches zero. If the balance does reach zero, employees pause rather than run up an unexpected bill. nothing is ever spent beyond what has been paid for.
Extra employees
Need more employees than your plan bundles? Extra employees are £15/mo each, added to your subscription automatically as you hire beyond the included headcount.
