Why the charge says PUBLSHR.AE

nineloops is the product. The company behind it is Publshr. Payments are processed by Stripe, and the charge shows on your card statement and invoices as PUBLSHR.AE. It is the same company, so if you see that name it is your nineloops subscription.

Invoices and VAT

Checkout collects your company name, billing address and VAT or Tax ID, and Stripe calculates UK VAT automatically. Prices on the pricing page are shown in pounds with VAT added at checkout.

1. Open Settings, then Billing.
2. Open the billing portal.
3. Download any invoice you need, and update your company details, VAT number or card from the same place.

If an invoice needs a purchase order number or a specific billing entity that the portal will not take, raise a ticket and we will sort the invoice out for you.
