How the monthly Levi allowance works
Plans and billing · nineloops support
What a token is, what each plan includes, and what happens when you reach the allowance.
Every paid plan includes a monthly Levi allowance, measured in tokens. Tokens are consumed by what Levi reads and writes, so a short question costs very little and a long document drafted from a lot of source material costs more. The Free plan has no allowance because it has no AI. Brain's AI employees are metered separately, in credits, see "How AI employees and credits work".
What each plan includes
- Free. No AI at all.
- Starter. 1M tokens a month.
- Growth. 3M tokens a month.
- Agency. 8M tokens a month.
When you reach the allowance
Levi keeps working past the allowance and anything over is shown in Settings, then Billing, so work is never blocked mid task. Move up a tier for a bigger monthly allowance. On Free there is nothing to run out of: AI is not part of that plan.
Checking your usage
Settings, then Billing, shows how much of the monthly allowance the workspace has used. The allowance is per workspace rather than per person, so it is shared across everyone using Levi.
